東南東
この東の方角には、国営アルプスあづみの公園（大町・松川地区）、高瀬川、犀川（生坂村）、築北村を経て、佐久市で千曲川を越え佐久平に至ります。
さらに東南東に進むと内山峠や荒船山（1,423ｍ）を越えて群馬県に入り、埼玉県秩父市やさいたま市通り、九十九里浜（太平洋沿岸）に至ります。

In the eastern direction lies the National Alps Azumino Park (Omachi and Matsukawa Districts), the Takase River, and the Sai River (Ikusaka Village), passing through Chikuhoku Village and reaching Saku City, where it crosses the Chikuma River and enters the Saku Plain.
Further to the east-southeast, the route crosses Uchiya Pass and Mt. Arafuneyama (1,423 meters), entering Gunma Prefecture, and passing through Chichibu City and Saitama City in Saitama Prefecture, eventually reaching Kujukuri Beach along the Pacific coast.
